With five years in the construction industry, Bel brings a wealth of diverse project management experience. From major rail programmes to facility fitouts, she had worked across the spectrum with some of the UK’s leading industry experts. Recently achieving Chartered Project Professional status, she was spring boarded into her career by going against the grain with a level four apprenticeship straight out of school.

Now working for Gleeds Cost Management Limited, Bel is passionate about unlocking the power of apprenticeships. With a skills shortage and gender gap, now more than ever, we need to be delivering quality early careers schemes for people of all backgrounds.
