Dr Jon Broome

Jon has been a long term volunteer with the APM for some twenty years, mainly through involvement in the Contracts & Procurement SIG of which he has been chair on and off for the last ten years.

He is managing consultant of his own company, leading edge projects consulting ltd through which he and his associates consult on major projects procurement and use of the NEC form of contract (which he gained his PhD on some 20 years ago). Jon has had a number of eLearning and books published on these topics including being co-editor and a contributing author to the APM’s Guide to Contracts & Procurement for project, programme and portfolio managers.
