Neil Wigmore

 

Neil is an associate director in project controls at Turner and Townsend. He has been in planning and controls for over 25 years, working in the public and private sector as a consultant, contractor and client. His experience spans the nuclear, highways, rail, air, oil and gas, mining and pharmaceuticals industries.

Neil’s experience of working on major programmes, worth up to 13bn, across a broad range of sectors has provided him with a strong perspective on what good is and allows him to apply lessons learned in a measured and constructive manner, delivering great outcomes to his clients. His experience includes planning system implementation, PMO set-up, planning and progress monitoring, integration of cost and schedule, earned value analysis, resource planning, risk analysis, client invoicing/cost control change control, project planning and project control training and workshops.

Neil is experienced leading teams of planners in time, quality and cost critical programmes. He has a proven track record of working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify and determine project solutions that delivery high value.
