Notice of Wessex branch Annual General Meeting 2018 (AGM)

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Wessex branch will take place at 18:30hours at the start of the branch's Project Portsmouth: Delivery of first class transformation on Tuesday 8 May 2018 taking place at the Abbey Suite, Holiday Inn, Cartwright Drive, Titchfield, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5RJ (J9 M27).

Election of committee (The officer posts of Chair, Secretary and Treasurer will be elected at the first committee meeting following the AGM)

Any APM individual member wishing to add an item to the above agenda, or wishing to nominate themselves for the committee should submit the details in writing by no later than 23:59hours on Monday 30 April 2018.

Chair	Associate, Full or Fellow member with at least one years APM membership and membership of the SIG committee
Secretary	Associate, Full or Fellow member with at least one years APM membership and membership of the SIG committee
Treasurer	Associate, Full or Fellow member with at least one years APM membership and membership of the SIG committee
Committee	Student, Associate, Full or Fellow member only

The minutes from the previous 2017/18 AGM and Chair's report will be published on the SIG microsite on Tuesday 8 May 2018 along with the eligible nominees supporting statements. APM individual members will at the AGM cast their vote to elect the Wessex branch committee members for 2018/19.
