There are many inter-related and recurring reasons why projects fail. What can we do to solve this problem or at the very least make sure that we can reduce the possibility and impact of making the same mistakes, yet again? Well, we must think differently for a start. This one day seminar was held on 14 March 2023.

Projects are getting more complex and inter-connected by the day and on a global scale. So, we need to focus on some fundamental building blocks and guiding behaviours that need to be embedded in all projects to help ensure project success, and they must be managed throughout the entire lifecycle.

If we don’t embed these behaviours right from the start, we simply won’t know if our investments have been worth the effort.

This one-day seminar provided attendees with real-life implementation and lessons learned from APM members on the following aspects of project management to help get projects starting off on the right track:

  • Benefits Management
  • Project Assurance
  • Risk Management
  • Project Scope
  • Project Control
  • People Management
