Alison Baptiste CBE CEng FICE

National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority  

Alison is a Director in the National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority in the Treasury which is the government centre of expertise for project delivery.  She drives standards, improvements and pace in government’s biggest and riskiest projects bringing. Her portfolio covers Defence, Digital, Health, Education, Welfare, Home Office, Justice and Tax.  She was a co-author on the government’s 10 Year Infrastructure Strategy and is leading the implementation of the new Social Infrastructure Roadmap.  

Alison also leads the cross-government forum on Service Transformation programmes. Prior to this Alison led programme management and operational delivery in the Environment Agency and received a CBE for her leadership responding to nationwide flooding.
