Senior Project Manager at Manchester Metropolitan University

Juliet started her project management career over a decade ago in Public Policy, working on a formal Inquiry into the United Kingdom’s response to Disability-related harassment. Since then, she has developed and applied her expertise in managing transformational projects at various levels, from national to global.

Juliet’s introduction to project management provided her with first-hand experience of how to bring about and influence large scale change. This has significantly shaped her approach to project management which can be defined as a hybrid between project and programme management methodologies. Juliet strategically combines PRINCE2, MSP and recognised Change Management tactics to maximise the efficiency and outcomes of projects, while using her experience in public policy to direct her activity. Juliet’s close collaboration with key project stakeholders is key in ensuring that they receive the right assistance to deliver robust and sustainable change.

She is also an APMG accredited Change Manager.
