Session: Stakeholder Engagement: Your Secret Weapon for Project Success

Have you ever been left in the dark when changes are made to your community? Frustrated by noisy roadworks or a new bus lane that only adds to your commute?

It's human nature to resist change when it's forced upon us, but what if there was a way to turn frustration into support? This session will reveal how early engagement and building partnerships with stakeholders and communities can transform public sentiment and pave the way for successful projects.

With real-world examples, we'll explore how responding to the needs of those most impacted can turn angry objectors into vocal supporters. Join us to learn how to overcome obstacles and set the tone of a project for years to come.
