Global Projects Director, responsible for Governance & Project Management capability development in Babcock. Raminder has over two decades of experience, managing complex design, build, qualification and certification programmes across multiple sectors including Aerospace, Defence & Engineering. Working for government and commercial client organisations in the UK and worldwide. In her most recent roles, Raminder has also worked to grow Project & Programme Management capability in her organisations through people and process development, having recently secured her APM Chartered Project Professional status.

Babcock have been active in a business transformation whilst continuing to work with a strong global customer base to create a safe and secure world, together. A key enablement of this has been the introduction of Babcock’s Global Project Management Framework.

You’ll hear from Raminder Jaswal (Global Project Director) and Alan Young (Group Estimating Lead) who will share their experiences in how Babcock has designed and implemented this framework to standardise and professionalise project management process across the Group. The presentation includes our Integrated Project Control Processes which enhance the control environment of Babcock projects by improving efficiency and aiming to reduce risk by making data driven decisions.
