With over 20 years' experience building and managing successful programme environments, Gordon began his career in the defence sector followed by the opportunity to join and then lead the Programme Assurance Office for London 2012's Olympic Delivery Authority.
Gordon spent 3 and a half years as a consultant supporting major infrastructure programmes for Highways England, Sellafield Limited and London Underground before joining HS2 Ltd to lead the Programme Management Office.
Returning to consultancy in 2021, Gordon led the Mace PMO Infrastructure team overseeing 30 programme offices covering UK, Europe, MENA and Americas regions before being embedded in the client team at Sizewell C as it prepares to begin construction.
