Robert Joslin

Robert Joslin is a project management expert and academic, currently a faculty member at Alma Mater Europaea University. Previously, he was a Professor at SBS Swiss Business School, where he led MSc and DBA programs in Strategy, Project Leadership, and PMOs.
With over 25 years of experience, Robert has managed large-scale business transformation and strategy initiatives across telecom, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and construction, working with McKinsey & Co., Logica, and his own consultancy. He has authored multiple books and research papers and is the architect of the PMO Body of Knowledge (PMO BOK).
A key contributor to global project management standards, Robert played a pivotal role in developing the Project Portfolio Standard V4 and AIPMO’s PMO lifecycle framework. He is also a peer reviewer for leading academic journals in project management.
