I've been involved in the change community, in the North West, for the last 19 years. My role, as part of the community, has been heavily focused around talent and recruitment. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to support in the build of a huge number of PMO functions which have supported some of the largest Mergers, Acquisitions, Separation and Transformational Programmes delivered in the UK. 

I am the co-founder of the Manchester Change forum in 2017, with the aim of running networking events for project & change professionals, and in 2019, became co-lead of the Change Management institute in the North West. These platforms have allowed for many communities to grow, friendships to be made, and commercial opportunities to arise. I founded Altech in January 2024 to assist clients in building high calibre project and change teams and live in Rossendale with my wonderful family.
