Culture and Behaviours Campaign Assistant Head and Psychological Safety lead for Project Delivery, MOD

Mayanthie Wijesuriya is the MoD’s Culture and Behaviours Campaign Assistant Head and Psychological Safety lead for Project Delivery. Since 2016, she has worked in five government departments, focusing on national-defining issues including the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse, Brexit, Covid-19 and most recently Ukraine.

Her team’s Psychological Safety Assessment Service has been profiled across government as part of a wider advocacy campaign, with work ongoing on how to effectively share their research across the Civil Service to empower and optimise our workforces, thus enabling their project success. So far this has been through department presentations, engagement with senior leadership networks, cross-government communications and working groups.
