A techie at heart, Glenn cut his teeth building enterprise-class distributed technology for the telecoms market at Motorola. While running a multinational software development team at Motorola, he discovered the power of agile. Since then, he has utilised Lean and Agile principles and techniques as a practitioner and consultant. 

Glenn is also only one of 130 global Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) SPCTs, the highest level of certification provided by Scaled Agile. The certification recognises individuals who demonstrate superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in adopting Agile across an enterprise with SAFe.
