Louise is a storyteller by trade; a print journalist turned RTS-award-winning film maker who has made current affairs, consumer, investigative and undercover programmes.

She has worked in leadership development throughout her career, and is a qualified and practicing C-suite executive coach. For the past 15 years she has worked in Change and Transformation; where the ability to find an organisation's stories past and future has been invaluable. Today Louise leads the BBC's Gen AI adoption, working to pivot the BBC globally into the Gen AI era.
