John Stephenson left the Armed Forces after 22 years and struggled to understand ‘Who he was’ ultimately struggling after successful service into business.

John left the military as a Regional Career Manager and previous to this was a Regimental Sergeant major and successfully built a transitional process that is working through ownership, direction and decision.

The FTG Concept and SME is built on thousands of similar issues, that are now turning into bright moments and pathways for others to follow.

By using simple words, ‘The Hunter’ vs ‘The Sleepwalker’ we can resonate with each and every individual quickly, to turn a mindset from a negative into a positive.

John has built the business over 6 years now and it is growing, the aim is to have an active part on decisions made by the government on the transitional space.
