Artificial Intelligence in P3M: Can we? Should we?

Artificial intelligence is a rapidly emerging technology. As project managers we will be faced with the challenge of implementing AI into organisations and it will also impact how we work. Therefore, we need to understand the relationship we will have with AI when delivering projects.

In this session, we will have a look at Artificial Intelligence in project management and how AI could be used to greatest effect. We will start by looking at what AI can do today and what it cannot. As a result of this, we will investigate the potential impacts of implementing AI on a project management organisation and the questions these organisations need to ask themselves before committing to using AI. We will highlight what opportunities AI offers and what threats we perceive. Looking into the future, we will close by painting a possible picture of how an AI enabled project management organisation may look like.
