Siu is a highly accomplished civil engineer with over two decades of experience in the construction industry.  She is currently recognised as the Most Influential Woman in Construction, is a Director of the UK’s Temporary Works forum (a specialist knowledge society of the Institute of Civil Engineers) and a committee member of the IOSH Construction Group.  

In her career to date, Siu has project managed construction engineering across the European business of a global construction company and delivered notable projects in the UK spanning rail, infrastructure and construction sectors including HS1 (formerly CTRL), Stratford Olympic Park Bridges, Crossrail and prominent high-rise structures shaping London’s skyline such as One Nine Elms, Damac Tower, 22 Bishopsgate & 100 Bishopsgate.
