Chief Programme Management Officer, Babcock International

Donna Sinnick is Babcock International Group’s Chief Programme Management Officer and leads Project Management, Procurement and Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and IT Functions. Joining Babcock in November 2021, Donna was pivotal in elevating Project Management across the company - she led the design, delivery, and global rollout of a comprehensive framework across the group, prior to moving into her current role in August 2023.

Donna continues to drive excellence and innovation across her functions, while supporting critical defence and aviation projects and contracts across the group. Donna has held various project, programme management and director roles, in addition to Vice President of Programme Management at her previous company, showcasing her extensive project management skills and expertise.

As a woman in a traditionally male dominated aerospace and defence industry, Donna channels her experiences into championing diversity and inclusion, fostering a culture that embraces varied perspectives and drives collaborative success.
