Pamela Stacey - GRC Catalyst

Pamela Stacey is an independent consultant at GRC Catalyst, specialising in strategic governance, risk, and compliance advisory services. She helps organisations achieve secure and sustainable growth by delivering transformative improvement programmes across highly regulated industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and infrastructure. 

Previously, Pamela served as Head of Programme and Corporate Assurance at High Speed Two (HS2) Limited. In this role, she led the design and implementation of HS2 Ltd’s risk-based assurance strategy and framework, ensuring robust oversight of cost, schedule, risk, and benefits delivery. Additionally, she provided assurance over non-financial reporting and internal controls, supporting both the Executive and the Audit & Risk Assurance Committee.
