Nermeen Latif is an experienced Programme Management professional with over 24 years’ experience working on major programmes and projects – primarily focused on setting up, running and improving PMOs. As a PMO Lead, Nermeen has aligned the design and implementation of the PMO with organisational strategic objectives to ensure teams are focused upon delivering the required benefits. Nermeen is an advocate of “next generation” PMO, understanding how recent innovations in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics can take the project delivery profession forward, and is part of the Project Data Analytics Task Force. She currently works for WSP as the Programme Solutions Digital Team Lead, ensuring projects adopt the data driven manifesto.
