Flóra Nyisztor is a P3M capability consultant with experience in strengthening delivery capability across FTSE 100 organisations and central government bodies. She specialises in project maturity assessments, strategic planning and operating model design, equipping organisations with structures and processes needed to enable successful delivery.

Flóra has worked across a range of sectors, including financial services and nuclear energy, where she has contributed to large-scale transformation initiatives. She has supported organisations in embedding structured assurance and delivery practices within highly complex environments to improve outcomes and reduce delivery risk.

Currently a Manager at Firewood, a leading project management technology and service provider, Flóra leads the company’s capability, competency and culture assessment service. She delivers robust, data-driven insights into clients’ P3M maturity alongside practical, tailored recommendations for improvement.

In addition to her client work, Flóra manages Firewood’s business development and strategic growth initiatives, providing expertise in business model design and implementation to shape innovative products and deliver greater value to clients.
