Getting to the venue

If you're travelling by car, Coventry Building Society Arena is just 800 yards from Junction 3 of the M6 and within easy distance of the M1 and M40.

To pre-book your FREE parking for the APM Conference 2025 at the CBS arena, please follow these steps for each day you plan to attend:

3. For free parking, please enter this code APM25.
4. Click ‘continue booking’.

Coventry Train Station - This station is in the city centre. Taxis are available outside the station and it is roughly a 10 to 15 minute journey.

There are a number of buses that drop off at the retail park opposite Coventry Building Society Arena (approx. 10 minute walk).

• Service 4 provides a link to the Retail Park from Holbrooks and Walsgrave (Univesity Hospital) via the city centre and Stoke Hill with buses running all day, every day.
• Service 5 links the retail park with Holbrooks and Coundon continuing on to Earlsdon and Torrington Avenue via the City Centre with buses running every day.
• Services 20, 20A and 20E all serve the retail park via Foleshill Road from the city centre with frequent buses throughout the day.

For those dietaries received less than 1 week prior, every effort will be made to accommodate your requirements. But unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed.

• we recently converted to eco-friendly badges that can be recycled after the event instead of paper ones.
• we have been increasingly using digital signage and materials in place of paper ones.
• we give priority to venues that focus on reducing environmental impact and supporting local communities.
• we strive to offer locally and responsibly sourced food.

Just a few factors you might want to consider when attending our events are listed below:

• when possible, reach the event venue by public transport, walking and/or cycling.
• if driving is required, consider car sharing as much as you can.
• bring your own water bottle that you can reuse.
