About Ian:
Ian is a highly experienced director, consultant, author, mentor, facilitator and speaker with over 20 years’ experience in project, programme and portfolio management, organisational change and learning. Ian is an advisor to many organisations on project and programme management best practice and standards, and a mentor to project professionals.
Having started his career in the UK Ministry of Defence, and then running large, complex projects and programmes in a global automotive company, Ian now works with organisations in all sectors designing, developing and delivering solutions to build project and programme management capability and capacity. A leading figure in the industry, Ian brings over two decades of experience from working with some of the worlds largest companies to help organisations improve their project, programme and portfolio management capability.
