This session will unpack the principles of a data driven organisational approach, identified by the Project Data Analytics Taskforce and the APM Data Advisory Group within the 2023 Developing Project Data Analytics Skills guide.

We'll discuss the six key principles of the data driven manifesto and answer burning questions faced by project organisations at all stages of their data journey.

What is really meant by organisational maturity? How can a data-driven approach become coded into the DNA of the project delivery team? What role does the C suite play in embedding a data manifesto into project planning?
