Tony Spears ChPP, Programme Management Capability Manager, Frazer-Nash Consultancy Ltd

Tony has over fifteen years of complex project delivery experience, following a career in the British Army that concluded with a role helping to deliver complex early warning systems into service with the UK and Australian militaries.

Following ten years as a project and programme management practitioner, Tony is the Capability Manager for Frazer-Nash’s programme management consultancy in Bristol. Working with a team of project and programme management consultants, the team provide support to complex projects in the public and private sector including defence, net-zero innovation and science and technology.

Tony’s focus is creating project team cultures and project management approaches that respond to the challenges resulting from the complexity and uncertainty associated with modern projects and programmes.
