Sylwia Podlesna, Shell

Sylwia has 15 years experience in various project roles working for Shell in countries like UK, Nigeria, China, Norway and offshore. She is currently leading a complex final phase of an Oil & Gas project with marine and subsea aspects.

Her experience spans across Technical and Commercial roles within the project environment, encompassing Engineering, Construction, Site Execution, Venture set up, Trading, Contracting and Project Planning. Sylwia has a particular interest in ways of working and organisational psychology.
