Michelle Littlemore, Assistant Professor, Northumbria University

Michelle is an Assistant Professor at Northumbria University, Newcastle and has been delivering MSc in Project Management and Construction Project Management with BIM programmes for the past 15 years. Her expertise lies in the fields of Change Management and People Management; however, she has recently expanded her research horizons to include Enterprise Education and Sustainability Mindset.

Before transitioning to academia, Michelle amassed invaluable experience as a project manager, delivering commercial construction projects across the UK.

Michelle is also an active member of the APM North East Branch, with the intention to bridge the gap between industry and Higher Education Institutes (HEIs). In her role as HEI coordinator and current lead for the North East branch Project Challenge, she ensures that young professionals have the opportunity to exploit their full potential.
