My role concentrates on cultivating a mindset, skillset, and toolset geared towards value for money, utilizing a benefits-led systems approach to ensure the delivery of faster, better, cheaper, and more sustainable healthcare facilities, creating a lasting legacy.

As VP and Director of Technology at PMI UK Chapter, I guide our digital strategy, fostering a vibrant community of 3,800 members. Together, we champion initiatives in Sustainability, Women in Projects, and AI in Project Management, aiming for transformative project management practices.
