Ian Williams

Ian is the founder and director of In Focus HR Consulting, which aims to provide interim and consulting HR support to organisations large and small.

Prior to setting up his own business, Ian worked in a number of global commercial and third sector organisations where he held several senior HR positions including Director HR, HR chief operating officer Asia, head of international HR shared services and head of programme management. Ian started his HR career working across a broad range of HR areas including policy, reward, recruitment, and learning and development.

Ian has a degree in business management, a master’s in HR management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
