The Northern Ireland Branch of the APM was established in 1990. Over the last 18 years it has become the leading professional body in project and programe management in Northern Ireland. It is supported by a elected committee of members who are passionate about success.  The Branch is also supported by a Secretariat which deals with local administration and member services.

A full schedule of events on project and programme management are organised each year. The events schedule is published in advance and can be viewed here. The Branch also has 5 Best Practice Groups (BPGs) to support professionalism across Northern Ireland.
