Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) is a professional Defence acquisition organisation operating as a bespoke trading entity, an arm’s length body of the Ministry of Defence, providing equipment and support for His Majesty’s Armed Forces. Our complex programme of work delivers battle winning capability for our customers and ranges from warships, aircraft and missiles through to armoured vehicles, utility trucks, body armour and field kitchens.

Delivering a programme of work of over £10 billion annually, we have a passionate and talented workforce; employing a mixture of over 12,000 civilian and military individuals who are based in numerous locations across the United Kingdom, including our headquarters in Bristol, and overseas.
